Inverted cone anchor can be used for the anchoring of concrete and external wall structural parts. It can produce an anchoring effect similar to that of mechanical locking after the adhesive is solidified when used with injection-type anchor adhesive.
Material: Grade 5.8, 8.8 carbon steel and 304, 316 stainless steel
Surface treatment: cold galvanized (zinc layer thickness ≥ 5um);
hot galvanized (zinc layer thickness ≥ 45um);
304,316 stainless steel does not require surface treatment.

The construction steps of the inverted cone chemical anchor are as follows:
(1) Punch holes of corresponding diameter and depth according to the product manual;
(2) Use a soot blower to align the holes and blow soot more than 2 times;
(3) Use a brush to clean the dust on the hole wall more than 2 times;
(4) Then use the soot blower to blow soot at the hole position until there is no dust overflow in the hole;
(5) Inject modified epoxy-type planting bar glue;
(6) Screw in the inverted cone type chemical anchor bolt.
